I was looking for the perfect blush with a more purple tone and thought the Plum Wine was beautiful. The price point was great too. First off it's not very pigmented, and does not blend well. When using a brush not a lot of product is picked up and when applying with your finger it doesn't blend well. So kinda of a miss on both ends. -

I have very dry skin so I was looking for a primer that hydrating, long wearing, wasn't matte, but didn't feel like silicone and left me looking dewy or with a slight glow. This primer is perfect. It's white cream based that goes on clear but has a slight iridescence to it, leaving your face with a natural looking glow. not shiny but youthful. It was a great base to my foundation. It wasn't heavy or think and it didn't leave me feeling cakey. Great lasting power. Perfect for more mature skin. This would NOT be good for you if you had oily skin though!!!!! -

Finally found a foundation that looks natural. I have dry skin. And most foundations just look cakey and creasy on me. Even though my skin is dry it doesn't seem to want to absorb moisture either so when I buy a foundation specifically for dry skin then it tends to leave like a thickish residue or film behind. It doesn't soak in and "set". The Lumi foundation is the one drugstore foundation I have found that I LOVE. There are so many colours to match your skin tone perfectly. They even break it down into warm, neutral and cool undertones, which is perfect for me and the natural redness I have in my skin. So it blends naturally and beautifully to your natural tones. It is a good medium coverage. And it has never made me break out! -

I've always loved Dove deodorant. I typically use the invisible solid but let's be honest it's still not completely invisible. I still get white marks when I put on black tank tops. When they came out with the new aerosol deodorant I figured I'd give it a try. I was skeptical. Thinking as a spray on how well can it really be observed, coat and protect? The smell is a little strong when you are applying. As an aerosol it sprays all over the place so it's like hairspray in the fact that the scent is kinda overpowering. But I was impressed with the overall protection. It's dry immediately, No stickiness. It really does keep you dry and the scent isn't overpowering once it is on. It kept me dry all day. Even kept me smelling fresh through working out. And best of all.....No white marks! :) -

I received a small sample size of this in one of my beauty boxes. I fell in love! This stuff is a little pricey, but I had to have more! I have dry skin. Strangely I have an issue with my skin absorbing moisturizers though. Many tend to leave me feeling oily or like leave a residue on my face. This is creamy, rich, nourishing and soaks into my skin beautifully. Leaves you feeling soft and left no oily residue "slick" behind. I found it really did reduce the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth too. It hydrated and plumped my skin. -

My friends mother put this on me the first time. I had a killer headache and neck strain. I at first thought "ok, yes, another one of those crazy rub a little potion on it and it magically fixes everything" But I let her rub it on me. What harm could it do. She rubbed a little on my temples and at the base of my head down the back of the neck. The smell is STRONG. pleasing, but strong. It gave me the cooling/burn sensation of a muscles relaxant rub, which quite frankly I like. But crazily enough it worked. It took effect in 10-15 mins and For nearly a full 24 hours. I was pretty surprised. And when the pain returned the next day I went back for her to do more. I bought some later that week and now use it on my family. -

This is a MUST HAVE for anyone with dry skin. It is an excellent make up remover and facial cleanser that leave your skin hydrated and nourished. Even the toughest mascaras can't resist! If you're used to cleansers that leave your skin feeling dry and tight this product takes a bit of getting used to. But trust me. It's worth it for your skin. It does leave your skin feeling a bit oily if you only rinse with water. You want to leave good oils behind to nourish, hydrate and replenish the skin, so just rinse and wipe with a wash cloth. If you still feel like too oily then follow up with with a traditional cleanser. But remember it's supposed to leave your skin feeling hydrated not dry and parched. Even if you only use it a makeup remover it works wonders! -

It is a very gentle cleanser. No harsh smells and no irritation to my sensitive skin. It however did not do a good job at removing makeup. Did almost nothing to my waterproof mascara. I typically use an oil based remover for my eye make up so I followed up with the Cetaphil to remove the excess oil and greasiness from my face. Even then it didn't leave me feeling fresh, cleansed and my face bare. -
