This gel doesn't foam too much, but it's not supposed to. This cleanser is a clear, scent free gel with 5% glycolic acid. I have been using it for about three weeks. I find my skin is smoother and clear but it's not a miracle or anything. It's not drying, well it can be if you use it more than 2x a day. It is not irritating to both face and eyes, and removes light makeup ok, but mascara and liner a bit of a struggle. I will buy it again. -
i have KP (those little bumps on the backs of the arms and upper thighs) Lac-Hydrin takes care of that

Yes, it leaves a residue...most cleansers do, save for harsh ones made from acnegenic skins. Thats why there is a well priced no alcohol toner in my collection. Wash with dove, remove residue gently, moisturize with gel creme.

I purchased this a while ago on a whim, I was into my cold cream & dove soap phase (yeah I know-pore clogging hell) thinking that I could use the toner to remove residue. The toner has a pH of 4.5, which is perfect, but too gentle to remove the mix of mineral oil & syndnet residue from the dove soap (nasty).
So it sat in the cupboard for a few months, but I needed something after my cleanser that wasn't a BHA liquid or a harsh product. This fits the bill. I even use it before cleansing as a make up remover!
I typically avoid fragrance in cosmetics, but the parfum in this toner does not irritate my skin. The best ingredient in the formula is sodium PCA which balances and respects the acid mantle.
It's also good for the morning when one is not keen on washing their face, but wish to clean the skin.
Excellent product.

I tried it for two days, and my skin looked dry, dull and I had little red dermatitis bumps under/around nasolabial area and around the eyes (yes, that's dermatitis, if you experience this you are allergic to ___ product) I loathe the little dermatitis bumps because they take forever to go away, and since they're not pimples, they can't be treated the same way or they just get worse. If that happens to me, all I can do is wash with h2o for a week and wait. No makeup. And I have melasma AND vitiligo and I'm well over 30.in other words, I sometimes take gambles with products that cost me a "good face" for a week.
Sure, my face felt clean, and it rinsed off well. It's not for me though.

At first, I loved this cleanser. The pH is just right, and the texture was pleasing. It's bears the seal of the Canadian Dermatology Association, it's unscented and doesn't irritate.
However, the ingredients are tremendously pore clogging. Cetyl alcohol followed by steric acid=sludge in your pores. I would wash my face in the shower with this cleanser and the residue that didn't stay on my face actually clogged the tub drain strainer. The weirdest part? After 3 months of use, I developed a fine facial fuzz, like that which women would experience in the 40's and 50's with the use of certain cold creams.
This is a no go, I would not recommend this to anyone.

I LOVE this mascara. It never flakes, and never irritates my eyes. My lashes look lush and full without looking super coated in mascara-a look not good for someone pushing 40 in my opinion.

I have dark under eye circles, due to my health condition and genetics (and I've deep set eyes) as well as some very hard to see melasma. With this pen and a good coverage foundation I look more awake, my skin more even and I, more youthful :)

This toner is really a lotion. I use it once to twice a day. It helps a lot with my skin bumps :) I'm 37 and I have sensitive, reactive dry/combo skin. I also have SLE.
