I received this as part of the product review club and was excited to try it right away. On day 1 I tried the ampule just in water and, to be honest, the taste was not very strong, but the taste that it did have was awful so going forward after that I mixed it with juice which only somewhat masked the flavour. I do somewhat appreciate that they at least did not try to cover the flavour with a ton of artificial ingredients, however.
As for my energy levels, I did notice a moderate change in energy levels on the days that I took it versus the days that I forgot to take it. I also appreciate that it seems to have a more moderate amount of B vitamins as well as a mix of other ingredients as opposed to the chewables I sometimes take which are a bit strong.
If you don't mind the taste, it's a decent product, but if you can't bear to have to choke it down each morning I would not suggest it.
Honestly, the biggest downfall of the product is the taste. If it weren't for that I would probably recommend it. I do really like the convenient individual doses.

I received 5 bars as part of the product review club. I am in no way looking to lose weight since I have a naturally fast metabolism. Because of this, I get hungry very often so I thought these might be good as a snack at work or on the go to tie me over until my next meal. I found these bars tasted okay but they were overly sweet so I could only eat half of one at a time. You also definitely need water to wash it down. They do fine to fill you, but again it is only so effective if you're like me and can't deal with too much of something that sweet. If you have a sweet tooth and would prefer something slightly healthier than a chocolate bar for a snack this might be a good alternative for you, but I don't think I would buy these on my own unless I was really in a pinch. -

I received this product as part of the product review club and have been using using this brand exclusively since I got it in the mail. The taste is good, you really can't taste the baking soda and it left my teeth feeling much smoother and cleaner than other toothpastes I have used in the past. It claims that it will make your teeth "more radiant" in 5 days. I am slightly skepticle on that one but as it is my teeth are not badly stained so it's a little hard to tell. I would say this product is definitely worth a try and at $2.99 it's not a bad price at all. -

Excellent show with an incredible cast. Hard to believe that this show was given life by the same minds that created Glee.i am one season behind so I have not yet watched Hotel but so far I have loved the other 4 seasons. It is disgusting and twisted and wonderful, not for the faint of heart or easily offended. I like that this show is different from others where each season starts a fresh story with new characters but brings back many of the same actors so you get to see a lot of range from recurring cast members. -

I absolutely love these! Specifically the kettle flavour, which is strange because every time I eat actual kettle corn I feel sick to my stomach but these do not give me that problem. Highly addictive and gluten free, the perfect combination of sweet and salty without being too overpowering. My coworker gave me some to try and I was hooked. For awhile I was going through large Costco bags of them pretty quickly because I would snack on them at home and at work. -

This was a beautiful film and is sure to make anyone with a soul get teary eyed. Chloe Grace Moretz is an excellent young actress and was perfect for this role. She plays a teenager who is a bit of an old soul (her parents are into modern rock music and she is a classically trained celloist who has applied for Juliard). When she gets into a car accident with her parents and younger brother she slips into a coma and has an out of body experience and sees the events unfold, including the loss of her entire family. She is forced to make the heart wrenching decision if life is still worth fighting for after such a tragedy or if she should give up and join her family in death. There is a romantic side story that is important but does not overshadow the family or her love of music which is also a very prominent theme. The scene where her grandfather visits the hospital had me crying like a baby. -

I absolutely fell in love with this chocolate bar! I enjoy chocolate that is a little on the dark side, but not too dark, this chocolate bar has a hint of strawberry flavour without the usual overly sweet strawberry cream that most other bars have when they are labeled as strawberry flavour. For the longest time when I wanted a quality bar this was my go to. -
