Not only does this tea work for its purpose by also tastes good. It has no caffeine, but when drinking the tea I felt refresh. The tea has this natural herbal smell. It smells really good and tastes just like it smells. It has a nice balance from this lemonly and ginger tastes. I really do like this product and would recommend it, especially to individuals who are low in zinc. The tea is such a nice, relaxing and easy way to intake zinc.    -
