This is by far the best product currently on the market. I have tried everything from the gels to home remedies, but nothing worked. Until I can across the Polysporin patches that is. Not only does it allow you to cover up the sore while it's healing, it's actually gone within three days! It heals faster, feels better, and doesn't make you feel as though there is this hideous monstrosity on you face. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone that has issues with cold sores, it's the best and most effective choice.    -
