Steamed about a dozen using salted water, these potatoes came out tender, yet they were bitter, and tasted like the ground they grew in. I thought the first potato was at fault and so cut each of the others, they all tasted the same. I wanted to like these. They look beautiful. The flavor is disappointing. -
