The Kinetic Sand Sandwhirlz kit is well worth the smiles and hours of entertainment! I decided to test it out with my four year old son! Kinetic sand is sort of doughy but with a sand texture and less mess when it comes to clean up as it all sticks together. Our family is slightly familiar with kinetic sand as we purchased a bag of the plain sand kind a few months ago.
This kit comes with loads of tools and three baggies of sand! It has a ton of diverse options for play whether you follow the directions and make a exploding oozing sand whirl or just use the tools to stamp and cut. My son was quite busy having loads of fun! We played ice cream parlor and ooze maker with this kit as well as just crushing sand piles.
We loved the colored sand and were pleasantly surprised to notice the texture is a little different than the regular plain kinetic sand; it feels softer and has a sort of powdery texture. It still has the easy cleanup but I notice it doesn’t clump as large as the plain sand. It also came with an awesome carry case! It fits everything perfectly inside and the outside snaps are easy for small fingers to open and close.
My only complaint is that the shape shifters for the whirls are a little flimsy. One of our caps actually arrived a little broken and doesn’t fit properly to the extruders. I also recommend helping smaller children put the caps on and off as they can break easily.
Overall this would be a great gift for kids old or young! It has given our household lots of laughter when the whirls ooze as well as creative time.

You flip over three monster cards and then you flip over the pogs to try and find the monsters on the cards.It isn’t your typical matching game as you are only looking for three monsters at a time and there are scramble cards to throw you off. We bought this for my four year old and it is a staple game in our house. The characters are from Funko’s Wetmore Forest and are absolutely adorable! -

La Roche-Posay Ultra Micellar Water for Dry/Reactive Skin was great at removing my make up and usually just took a couple of drops on a cotton ball to work it's magic. It didn't irritate my skin at all or leave an oily residue. It states that it helps with skin redness and dryness as well though I didn't really notice a different in my skin redness. I've had better products that were more effective but it did the job for make up removal if you are looking for a less heavy remover. It doesn't have an odor either which is great for sensitive skin! -

I love that this shampoo is not only affordable but it holds up to what it states. After using it, my hair felt smooth and soft as well as having a nice silky shine. My hair has been going through a dry spell and I feel like this shampoo is actually helping fix that. It also smells great and is easy to find as I purchased it at walmart! -

I recently purchased the E.L.F. Tone Correcting Powder while visiting family in Florida to tone down on the redness of my face especially on my checks, nose, and forehead. I absolutely love this correcting powder as not only is it really affordable but it does the job well! It also layers underneath my foundation well and doesn't make my liquid foundation appear chalky or thick. I love that it came with all four colors though I mainly needed the green powder for my skin tone but that's okay cause it works well either way. I haven't tried to use this with a primer yet but I imagine it'll probably stay well with or without a primer. I don't recommend just using this product alone though as for me it corrects my tone but makes me appear sort of powdery looking without foundation on. -

The Nivea Creme Care All-in-One Facial Cleansing lotion is the first lotion I've used to remove and wash my face with. It is gentle on the skin which was my biggest concern because my face sometimes breaks out from moisturizers and other face cleaning regimens. After using this product for a couple weeks, I've yet to break out from it. It makes my face feel great after using it. The packaging reminds me of an old fashion milk jug especially with how the cap is made but it fits perfectly into our medicine cabinet which is great when you live in an apartment. The effectiveness of the cleansing lotion I gave only four stars because it didn't remove all of my eye make up easily and after waking up the next day I still had some eye make up spotted under my eyes. I do plan to continue using this product though because I love how my face feels when I use it. -

The Nivea Creme is an awesome all over anywhere body lotion which I used to for my tough dry areas like my elbows, knees and ankles but I also used it for my hands. My only complaint is that I wish the sample I received from ChickAdvisor was larger as the test sample was in a tiny little tin; luckily a little bit goes a long way this this lotion. it is super creamy which worried me that it would be way too gooey or take too long to dry but it actually dried up quickly. It made my skin feel so soft and smooth. It helped my elbows go from dry and cracking to smooth and soft. It feels super light as well. I plan to purchase this lotion on a regular basis as it also states you can use it on your face which I plan to try out. -

Just in time for the dry fall and winter season, I was able to test out the Nivea Essential Lip Balm! Once again Nivea holds up their end of the bargain and keeps my skin or in this instance my lips moisturized and smooth! The Nivea Essential Lip Balm comes in a blue container that is shaped like most of Nivea's other lip balms. Its packaging is an awesome portable shape that I find easily in my purse and it isn't too bulky like ESO. The lip balm goes on smooth and provided my lips with awesome moisture for several hours. I have to say this is probably one of the best lip balms I've used as most usually rub off quit quickly; I didn't even have to reapply it after drinking a glass of water. I plan to use this lip balm on a regular basis now as I really really loved it!

I found these Pamper Swaddlers Overnight in a Walmart Super Center while visiting my parents and had to pick them up! I have been a fan of Pampers Swaddler's since my son moved out of newborn huggie diapers. Now that he is 9 months old, he wakes up during night-time changes. Usually if I decide to wait on changing him, he wakes up with a puffy regular diaper that is threatening to leak out and just looks super uncomfortable. Well since switching to these night time diapers, he's yet to have a puffy diaper and has slept longer. The fabric doesn't rub him and it keeps him quite dry at night. I have to say these diapers are hard to find though as I'm not able to find them in any of my local stores; I also noticed on the pampers website they aren't really mentioned. The price is comparable to other night time diapers. They also still provide that awesome line through the diaper that when its a soiled diaper it'll change colors from yellow to blue/green which makes night time changes easier to check. No sniff test, no finger testing either or having to judge on the puffiness of the diaper. Overall, I plan to figure out a way of getting these on a normal basis and continue using them! -

The Nivea Creme Care Facial Cleansing Wipes are a decent make up removing wipe. They didn't leave my face feeling dry after use and they smelled great! I usually wear a lot of eye make up and my mascara is always water proof. As much as I love cleansing wipes, I've yet to find a company that can remove all of my mascara without using a bunch of wipes. Unfortunately, I had the same problem with the Nivea Creme Care Facial Cleansing Wipes. These wipes did a decent job (comparable to L'Oreal's facial wipes and slightly behind Neutrogena's make up cleansing wipes). I feel they are great quality though because they don't dry at your face and I feel they'd be awesome to test out during the winter months. I used these during my trip to Florida for a week and I loved the convenience of not having to pack cotton balls and liquid remover. They are extremely mess free and convenient. I feel on days that I don't wear my waterproof mascara they'd work extremely well.
