This product helps to treat and prevent pimples. When i first started using it i felt a bit of a burning sensation, but i knew this would happen since it contains salicylic acid. I use it every night. I dont have alot of pimples to begin with but i have to occasional pimple. By using this product i virtually dont get any pimples at all any more, and when i do i just squeeze the pimple and apply this before i go to bed. In the morning presto the pimple is gone! And you dont have to just stop on the face, you can use this on the rest of your body, chest, arms, back, ANYWHERE!!    -
