i love this liner b/c it applies on so smoothly, however it does smudge and get under the eye. BUT it can be a great liner for the smoky effect. it even comes with a smudger!

I got this from a makeup swap with a friend and i love it. it can be bold or soft depending on how you apply it you have all the control. however it does take some practice to use a brush to master the look you want. i use a flat bush for a softer look and a thin liner brush for a cleaner and defined look, and a angle brush for my inbetween everyday running late look. totally awesome and lastest a while b/c you only need a small amount! -
