I have saved so much money with this product. After years of waxing, I have switched to this product. While the first few passes are slightly nippy, you get used to the sensation of this form of hair removal. It lasts for weeks, and the company is amazing. I had an issue with the first one, so I called and within 48 hours they had a replacement at my door via fedex. Great product and fantastic customer service! Well worth every penny -

I bought this after seeing all of the hype on the internet. While I found my skin much softer at the end of the treatment, I believe their should be more comprehensive instructions as I did not seem to get the full benefit of "cleaner pores"
It takes much longer to completely dry than the advertised 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it was still tacky, and not ready for peeling.
While I am enjoying the softer skin, I do not feel it achieved the intended purpose and consider this an "average" product.
