I just looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website, there have been a total of 101 complaints on people not getting a refund after being overcharged in their accounts. They are double charging and or/ withdrawing even after a memebership...   +

I just looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website, there have been a total of 101 complaints on people not getting a refund after being overcharged in their accounts. They are double charging and or/ withdrawing even after a memebership has been cancelled. I have been waiting a year and still haven't seen a penny.

*** We need to put an end to them living off our hard-earned money.
