I use a little bit of this product instead of daytime facial moisturizer in winter, and occasionally as my nighttime moisturizer in summer. It's great for my sensitive skin, and more cost-effective (and thicker) than the Body Shop Aloe day/night moisturizers. Doesn't clog pores... unless I'm using it in humid summer weather. It's too heavy for me then. On the whole, I'm happy, and this has quickly become a product I'm using regularly. I stock up when it's on sale - regular price is too much. -

This isn't as thick and creamy as some of the Body Shop body butters. No greasy residue that I noticed. I use this mainly for my driest skin areas, just before bed - heels, feet, elbows, and usually hands in winter. My sensitive skin tolerates this (unscented) product very well, and it helps to avoid the painful "knuckle rash" that often comes with winter's dry air in my climate. I'll continue to stock up when it goes on sale. Regular price is out of my budget. Thankfully one pot lasts a very long time -about 9 months for my typical use. -

Context: I haven't been using this regularly, and I don't wear makeup regularly.
Application: I use this mainly when my eyes feel puffy and tired. I really like the cooling and soothing effect of the metal roller ball combined with the product. A little bit of this product goes a long way - I only press the button down about halfway, and it's more than enough product for both eyes.
Yes, the product is a bit sticky until it dries. But it's great for my sensitive skin, and under-eye area.

I stock up when it goes on sale, as it's now my go-to moisturizer. Helps my skin to repair dryness, and fine wrinkles. -

I got a small pot in a boxing day sale bag, and was happy to have the opportunity to try it, to confirm that it's not the right fit for me. I have very sensitive skin, and the fragrance irritates my skin. -
I bought this because I was told that it was the best combination of volumizing and no-clump. It's OK, but certainly nothing extraordinary. Pros: plumps lashes with minimal clumping. Cons: Very strong chemical smell on application, flakes off and... +

Cons: Very strong chemical smell on application, flakes off and gives me racoon eyes a few hours after application. -

This is great for sensitive skin, particularly in the shower or hand washing. I don't use it for regular facial cleansing.
I've been using it for years now. Pros: scent free, gentle on skin. Cons: gets soggy really quickly - make sure it's not sitting in a pool of water (soap dish).
I have sensitive skin, and am fragrance-sensitive. This is one of my go-to products.
