I absolutely love this product! I have been using it for years and it makes my nails very strong. I used to bite them but I stopped once I found this product.I apply it every morning and at night. I absolutely recommend it to anyone with brittle nails, chewed nails or weak nails. This product can be found at Shoppers Drug Mart and is worth every penny!    -
