Cake's Milk Made Velveteen Hand Creme is another great product from this Canadian company. As usual, it is free from parabans, mineral oil, petrolatum and other nasties. It comes in a 100 ml size that fits perfect in my purse and is packed with vitamins. This is a great alternative to their heavy crème for daytime use, as it absorbs quickly. True to Cake's brand, it also has a great scent, which is vanilla and berries. A staple hand cream! -

Rubbermaid's new Brilliance food container is perfect for my family's needs. Not only is the design clear so you can see through easily, but it is stain and odour resistant. Most importantly, the containers are BPA-free. The design also allows the lid to be kept on while heating in the microwave, which prevents splattering (perfect for work lunches) and vents the hot air through small holes that can be uncovered on the lid. It's also leak-proof, so your lunch box is protected. These containers really do have it all. Would definitely recommend.

Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief SmartWhite Toothpaste is an effective sensitive toothpaste with whitening benefits. My husband has sensitive teeth and must use a sensitive toothpaste. He found that this toothpaste worked quite well and was effective against sensitivity.
It also provides whitening, which is a great benefit, however it should be noted that it doesn't provide dramatic whitening results. It was nice to have a sensitive toothpaste with the combined whitening benefit. Overall, this is a great choice for a sensitive toothpaste.

Burt's Bees Gloss Lip Crayon is an easy to apply lip product. It's key feature is that it is 100% natural, and as a bonus the packaging is 100% recyclable. It glides on smoothly and my lips felt soft and hydrated. You can feel the oils and shea butter ingredients. It's a feel good lip crayon which doesn't need to be sharpened.
I tried "Outback Oasis" which is a true nude colour. It gave a medium coverage and matched my natural lip colour quite well. It doesn't give a super glossy look. This is a great addition to anyone's lip product collection.

Le Petit Marseillais White Peach & Nectarine Extra Gentle Shower Gel smells great and left my skin feeling fresh and clean. This body wash has a great scent and smells fruity and fresh. The instructions say to lather in your hands and apply. I tried applying with my hands only and also with a shower poof and both worked well. My skin felt fresh and clean afterwards.

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar in Lemon Poppy Seed was unfortunately not the right protein bar for me. This is primarily because II try to avoid artificial sweeteners such as sucralose. Maltitol was a better choice though and I was happy to see that on the ingredients. I definitely preferred the peanut butter flavour over the lemon poppy seed. I found that the typical chalky protein bar texture was more evident with the lemon poppy seed flavour. Overall not the right choice for me but some people may find the lemon poppy seed flavour a nice change.

The flavour was on par with most protein bars but I try to avoid artificial sweeteners such as sucralose. Maltitol was a great choice though and I was happy to see that on the ingredients. I definitely preferred the peanut butter flavour over the lemon poppy seed. If you are looking for a reduced sugar protein bar and you are alright with sucralose, then this could be a good option for you.

NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Lotion is a great moisturizer with the added benefit of Q10. It comes in a great pump top bottle for easy application. It leaves my skin soft and moisturized. It is scented but the fragrance is not overpowering. I like this product as an everyday body moisturizer and am pleased with the way my skin feels after using it. Would definitely purchase in the future.
