I really like the Richtree location on Yonge St. in downtown Toronto. There is a huge selection of food and you can get almost anything you are craving. I love the way the place is set up too: there are various stations set up for different things: sandwiches, pizza, pasta, coffee, dessert, smoothies, etc. You get a swipe card when you walk in and as you choose your food, you get your card swiped at each station so you can pay for it all at once at the end. I think it is a unique set-up. And the food is a good price and fairly good. I'd say it's a good lunch spot (I wouldn't come for dinner).
I've also been to the location in Promenade which is small but clean and good quality food. However, The Eaton Centre location I did not like. The food I hate just wasn't nearly as good as the other locations, so I wouldn't try it again at the Eaton Centre.

the only problem: I'm really not a fan of the smell. It's a strong smell that is hard to describe, but it must be the pomegranate scent that is just not for me. I really like the way this product works, but based on the facts that I do not the smell and the price is high I think I will stick with Burt's Bees other lotions.

It's not greasy and it absorbs fairly quickly into my skin. I have dry skin on my legs, particularly my shins, and when I used it there I found that it did a good job of moisturizing. I found that after I showed I did need to reapply even though it is supposed to be 24-hour, but maybe that means only if you don't shower....
I am getting into using natural products on my skin and so I like the fact that this is made from natural products.

I'm a big fan of this lip balm. I've been using it religiously for the past week and my lips have been super smooth. I suppose that the real test of any lip balm is to use it in the winter, but I do have dry lips year round if I don't constantly use lip balms. I'm definitely attracted to anything with Acai Berry in it since I have heard many times that it is a powerful antioxidant.
I love that the smell is fruity and fresh, which makes it more pleasant than a harsh, medicine-y smell that other lip balms have. Like all Burt's Bees products, it is 100% natural. It also does not contain and petroleum or silicone so it lets the skin on my lips breathe.

When I first tried this product, I really really liked it. I thought it was easy to apply because of the marker-like tip, I really liked the colour, and it was long lasting. However, when I used it again about 2 weeks later, it had dried up!!! I only used it that one time and I had the cap on properly during those 2 weeks, yet somehow there was only enough product in to cover my bottom lip before it ran out! Chances are that I just got a defective product, but I was still really disappointed. -

I tried this product in Cherry Coffee and loved it. I'm not crazy about wearing bright red on myself so I liked this because it is a darker red (yet still pretty vibrant). Since it is liquid, it applied really smoothly and added a bit of gloss, but it wasn't sticky. It also was fairly long wearing considering I was drinking and eating with it on and I only touched up once during the night. -

I tried Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush and it was the first time I've tried dry shampoo. It had a rosy scent that was nice but I would have preferred unscented. Otherwise, I was really impressed! I was expecting the powder to leave me with big white blobs in my hair, but it sprayed evenly so this did not happen. It did leave some white but it just brushed it through my hair and it was gone. This product is also offered in brown and black, so if you have dark hair I certainly recommend using one of those as the white may not blend into your hair as well as it did mine.
I found that it absorbed oil on my scalp and allowed me to go longer without washing my hair. I used it at night to freshen up before heading out. I'd recommend this product!

I recently started using EcoTools brushes and I really love them! First of all, the price is excellent for quality makeup brushes. Of course, the first thing I noticed was how soft they are. A pro makeup artist at Sephora recently told me that synthetic bristles are better than natural because they do not fall out as much. If you are using natural bristles, they will fall out just the same as hair regularly falls off our heads, so they will not last as long.
My only real complaint is that the brushes often fall out of the bag (needs a cover or something!)

I'm really not a big fan of this product. I have combination skin and it made me break out on my forehead after I used it for only a few days. The cream is too thick to use on oily or combination skin. Because it is so thick, it was also difficult to spread evenly.
I also found that it delivered a bit more than just a 'tint' of colour. It came out quite a lot darker than other tinted moisturizers so you really had to make sure it was spread evenly (which as I just mentioned is a little difficult). If you have a darker skin tone you might like this product for the luminescence, but it was not for me.

This is one of the best mascaras I've ever tried. It does not add too much volume but the length it adds is amazing! It's ideal for everyday use because it gives you amazing definition and really widens your eyes. I am extremely impressed by this mascara and I am dying to try out more from Lancome. -
