This is a woody floral scent that blends citrus, jasmine & lily blossoms. It's a very pretty scent that's fairly fresh when you first put it on, and later becomes sweeter. I think that this perfume would be great for a young girl - it's an excellent price, the packaging is adorable, and it's a young, feminine smell.
I received mine courtesy of the brand. I probably would not buy this one again for myself, I prefer other scents from Benefit's Crescent Row fragrance set.

The food is delicious, the service is really fast and the price is excellent. I usually go with my boyfriend, and for the 2 of us, just over $30 total will get us each a Teh Tarik (warm tea drink made from black tea and condensed milk), roti and curry to start, and a main dish. And we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. You really can't go wrong at only $15 a piece for quality food. I usually don't have any room for dessert, but if I do I will get the fried bananas and ice cream - if you haven't tried this dessert and you like bananas, DO IT!
I truly have nothing but good things to say about this place. Definitely try it if you are in the area.

I got to try a PR sample of the fragrance free Satin Hands products.
First I have to tell my Hand Softener experience. I didn't read the directions when I got it and was on public transit and decided I'd try the Hand Softener. Weeeeell I learned the hard way that it is not the same thing as a cream/lotion. You are supposed to use it to rub into your skin and it adds a lot of moisture. But it's very oily and so you need to wash it off. Unfortunately I was stuck for the rest of my ride with greasy hands.
On the bottle for the Hand Softener, it does not say that it is supposed to be washed off, but since it is the first item in the set, I assume that it is. At first I thought that the Hand Softener was kind of pointless, but it feels really nice as you rub it into your hands and my hands felt wonderfully soft after using. The next step is the Hand Scrub. It's gently exfoliates and feels nice. I wouldn't say there's anything too special about it, but it does the job. The Hand Cream is very light which is all you need after using the Softener and Scrub. I tried using the Hand Cream on it's own but it's too light for my dry winter skin. But, used as a trio, your hands will feel amazing. I've been using it at night and I wake up with baby soft hands.

It's a citrus floral scent that smells quite sweet when you first apply it, but it later becomes a bit muskier. It's the kind of scent that is subtle enough that people walking up a flight of stairs behind you won't smell, but if someone were to brush past you closely they'd be able to smell it...that's what I like most about it.
The smell reminds me of another fragrance I have tried but I can't seem to put my finger on what it is. It's a lovely smell but it's not really all that unique. Regardless, I'd buy it again for the delightful bottle and because I do enjoy the smell - unique or not.

I bought this lipstick the other day looking for a nude matte lipstick. I bought this in Whisper, which is more purple-y than I was looking for, but I couldn't resist the neutral colour. This is the first time I have tried matte lipstick and I really like the look. It's perfect for daytime or paired with a bolder eye. I However, it can be really drying and if you add a chapstick underneath it looks the matte look, so I've been trying to moisturize at night. -

I bought my black Lululemon pants about 4 years ago and they are still my favourite pant. This may sound a bit gross, but when I was a University student I went through a (LONG) phase where I literally wore them almost every day - I washed them, I swear! The fact that they still fit perfectly and look as good as they did when I first bought them is proof that this is a great buy. Now they are my weekend pants.
The price seems steep at first, but the quality is so fantastic that you can wear them forever. A nice bonus that the store offers is complimentary hemming. The pair I have are reversible - one side is all black and the other has a red stripe. Not sure if all their pants are reversible, but they should be!

The tooth gloss is a cool idea. It is supposed to help protect teeth from stains and make them look brighter. Because blue is the antagonist colour to yellow, It has little bits of blue mika in it that will give the illusion of whiter teeth against the yellowish tint of teeth. I didn't notice a difference in the colour of my teeth after using this, but I like that it tastes minty fresh.
The first thing that caught my eye about the lip gloss is that it has a mirror on the side so you can see where you are applying if you aren't in the bathroom. GENIOUS! Why don't more brands do this?? I am quite impressed with the quality of the gloss too. Like the rest of the Love This White Smile line, it has a minty scent and it also adds a bit of lip plumping. When you pull out the application wand, a little blue light comes on which I thought was fun at first. But when you try and apply a lip gloss with a blue light shining on your lips, it's awkward to see your lips to really be able to tell what it looks like. I'd rather there be no light or at least a basic white one.

I was pretty excited to try this whitening pen when I got a sample courtesy of the brand. First thing that's important to note is that it needs to be twisted a lot when you first open it to get the first bit of product out. I got discouraged at first and thought that it was defective, but after a bunch of twisting it works just fine.
It freshens your breath temporarily and leaves them feeling clean. I tried it towards the end of a day when I hadn't brushed my teeth for several hours and it made them feel much cleaner and smoother (you know that freshly-brushed feel I'm talking about).
It's supposed to help prevent stains if you use it after eating blueberries or drinking coffee, red wine, etc.

I have been testing out Love That White Smile for the past 30 days. The first step, the cleaning and whitening foam are meant to last 30 days but I still have a few pumps left in them and then I am supposed to move on to the maintenance foam for 90 days....and then repeat the cycle again.
This system is meant to be a daily addition to your oral care routine - which is different then whitening trays or strips. I wasn't too crazy about adding another step to my already too-long teeth cleaning routine, but I decided to give it my best shot.
Because this product is a foam, it is more gentle than the gel that is typically used in whitening systems and it did not make my teeth sensitive at all. Which is a HUGE plus as other gel systems have make my teeth unbearably sensitive.
I was skeptical at first about the fact that you do not rinse after using it, but it's actually okay and doesn't leave any residue in your mouth once you spit it out. My teeth do appear whiter now, but I can't say the results are dramatically different.
I do not have caps or veneers, but for anyone who does, the good news is that this product will work on them too (unlike other whitening products). This formula is not harmful or damaging to your tooth enamel because it is not acidic.
I received mine courtesy of the brand and I plan to move onto the maintainence foam now, but I am still undecided whether I will purchase the kit again once it is done. Mostly because I'm too lazy to add another step to my morning routine.

I usually stand strong behind the powers of Windex, but I tried this glass cleaner from Green Works over the weekend and it works just as well! No streaks, no need to scrub hard AND you aren't breathing in harsh chemicals while you use it. After I used it on the mirrors in my house and glass table, it didn't leave a strong chemical scent -- it just smelled like clean.
I received a PR sample to test out, but I would buy this once it runs out.
