Sambucol Black Elderberry immunity +cold and flu relief. This is definitely a tastier way to boost your immunity - Chewy gummies that are both sweet and tart- with only 1 g of sugar. Can’t say how well they work as it was a small sample and would be something you need to try over a space of time to really decide if it helps- but they are much easier to swallow than echinacea capsules IMO - I might have to buy and try these for the next cold season. #butterlyreviews
