I have eaten many flavours and types of jerky including so called exotic, this is definitely not jerky. If you imagine cooking a bacon breakfast on a weekend, having some bacon left over, slipping it in a ziplock and shoving it in the fridge, well...   +

I have eaten many flavours and types of jerky including so called exotic, this is definitely not jerky. If you imagine cooking a bacon breakfast on a weekend, having some bacon left over, slipping it in a ziplock and shoving it in the fridge, well that is exactly the texture of this so called jerky bacon. (for less than the price of a small 65g so called bacon jerky bag, you could buy 500g of bacon and do it yourself). I was so disappointed as I was expecting something great, its the first time in my long life that bacon has ever let me down.    -
