They will auto-renew your membership without letting you know and then make you still have 30 days from the beginning of the next month when you request to cancel, isn't that why you sign up for a certain amount of months? Not to be charged for extra months that you are not even aware of. There hours are also very difficult to work within. Be cautious before signing a contract! They charged me for 9 months beyond the 12 months and would do nothing about it and then said I had to pay for the next month even though I had given them notice of wanting to cancel. I am taking them to BBB. I went to Abbotsford location.    -
