I love this app so much. I was really good at using it religiously for well over a year but I slid over the past 8 months or so because I've been insanely busy with school and stuff. So many different foods are in here and if not, you can easily add it in. One thing you may want to be careful with is the calorie recommendations ( I have read they can be low in comparison to what you really need). You may want to calculate your TDEE and use that calorie total instead of the MFP one. -

I love peach and was so excited when I saw these, but the peach flavour just isn't as flavourful as I was hoping it would be. It's there, but only slightly. Definitely don't buy these expecting fuzzy peach flavour or anything. It's a much more understated and mild peach flavour, which was a little sad, especially considering the price on this item! -

I bought these vitamins when I was going through a major nutritional deficiency stage (sometimes I get very low on things, especially iron) and I needed to boost my vitamin/mineral levels quickly because of the side effects I was having (dizziness, lightheadedness, disorientation, etc). I took these for a few days and they hurt my stomach so badly. Every time I took them, I ended up with a massive stomach ache so I stopped taking them. I'm not sure what it was, I was taking them with meals as directed on the bottle. So these probably aren't suitable for everyone. -

I'm also really annoyed because these are only in Shopper's Drug Mart here in Canada, however they only have 8 of the shades! I really want to see the purple one in person but for some reason, they don't have it. I can get it online through the Sephora website but want to see it in person first (yes I can take it back if I don't like it but hate doing that). So I really wish that if a store is going to carry the item that they would carry the WHOLE selection. -

I love these protein bars so much. I buy them in boxes of 18 at Costco for about $19 so that is only a little over a dollar for each bar! I'm a vegetarian and use these to amp up my protein intake. I take these to school when I have long days as a snack or light meal. I really like the taste of these and the density, I feel like I've eaten something substantial and it keeps me satisfied for a while. My favourites are the chocolate peanut butter and the chocolate mint! -
Pure Leaf™ Lemon Real Brewed Tea
I love this iced tea so much. It is not too sweet and not tart. Some iced teas can leave you needing water afterwards but this one is so refreshing and delicious. It is a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for a nice splurge!

I have always hated Shreddies. They are something I never had any urge to buy, until I saw the Banana Bread flavour. I love this stuff so much. It tastes amazing, slightly sweet, bananany, and crunchy. However, I do find the banana bread flavour disappears if I eat this with milk (I was using almond milk and soy milk, I don't drink regular milk so it might be different with regular milk) but that doesn't bother me too much because I enjoy eating it dry. I went through my first box of this within 24 hours and currently have 3 boxes on hand because that is how much I love it. I really hope they don't get rid of this. Another bonus: one serving has 50% of your daily iron! (I didn't realize until I went through my first box and this is great for me as I have low iron). -

I bought this at Sally Beauty. I originally wanted the Ion Gemstone Teal but they were out of stock so I bought this one instead. 1) this product is so liquidy, 2) this product smells so strong, like burning your nostrils strong 3) this product fades so quickly. I got this in a deep teal. When I first did it, the colour was beautiful. However, after one shampoo the tealness was starting to fade. After the second shampoo it had basically become a blue, it lost all the green in it. I also woke up the morning after dying it with a majorly puffy eye (possible allergic reaction which is strange because I have NEVER in my 15 years of dying my hair ever reacted to a hair dye). I don't think I will purchase this brand again. -

It works really well. I used it religiously for about a week and noticed a difference. I've gotten slack with it and haven't used it in a few months but I want to get back to it. The only complaint I have is that the mouth tray isn't moldable. I wish you could mold it to fit your teeth shape better (I have to hold it against my teeth to make sure it gets all of them as I have some uneven/crooked teeth). -

I had my hair professionally bleached to an almost platinum colour. I then tried to do my roots at home - 3 times...and every single time it turned out an orangey/goldish colour. I finally got close to the colour I needed on the fourth attempt but I still had some orangey/gold from the previous dye jobs. I got this to help bring down the yellow tones in my hair and it worked so well! Even my roommate noticed a difference after I used it. Now I use this every few weeks. I mix it in with my conditioner, I leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then rinse it out. I love this product. It works so much better than a purple shampoo because it is so concentrated. Definitely recommend for those trying to keep their bright blonde hair colour! -
