I got a tube of this and one of Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula hand cream and tested one on one hand and the other on the other hand. Each winter without fail, the backs of my hands become terribly dry, cracked & scaly. Sometimes it bleeds - and this pandemic washing all the time so much plus alcohol hand sanitizers everywhere you go... bleeding and broken skin on the back of my hands is inevitable. So this stuff failed on two counts. 1. Although it works it stays greasy! I don't want it into food when I am cooking - who wants to eat petroleum jelly? And it feels grotesque. 2. It stings a lot on broken skin, compared to the Neutrogena. So I will stick with Norwegian formula! -

These round rye crispbreads are my favorite crispbread but they are getting hard to find. They have a satisfying crunch to them which helps to replace potato chips & fritos which are the bane of my diet. in my diet. There is almost a flakiness to them... the only other similar crackers I have found - equally hard to get, are Ikea's version of a round rye risen crispbread but they put wheat in some of theirs. These Finn Crisp ones are 100% rye which is great when you have a wheat allergy or intolerance! -
Not too strong, not too weak, just right - a proper English cuppa. Also, they put enough tea in each bag for 2 cups and it's not weak like Tetley's decaffeinated is. I only wish it was easier to find! There is only one place in town I've been... +

Also, they put enough tea in each bag for 2 cups and it's not weak like Tetley's decaffeinated is. I only wish it was easier to find! There is only one place in town I've been able to locate it and it's frequently out of stock. :(

It's just rich & delicious. It spreads well. And boy is it hard to keep around the house since it disappears so quickly. ;) I just wish it was easier to find! -

Tried this because Planters makes great nut and peanut products and have never looked back. A really superior tasting peanut butter and very happy to have found this. Much better that Kraft! Planters is rich tasting with a normal oily texture and no weird ingredients like maltodextrins. Planter's crunchy version is even better, IMO. -

This used to be good peanut butter, though not outstanding. But since they they added maltodextrins to the recipe that has changed for the worse. It now has a mouth feel as if they are adding wax to it... plus it tastes more bland. :( Overall a gross experience eating Kraft peanut butter now, and the crunchy parts cannot save it. Because of these changes I can no longer bring myself to eat it any more, so have switched brands to one that is harder to find but better and doesn't taste bland and feel like waxy in my mouth. -

Every winter the backs of my hands get so dry they begin to resemble lizard or alligator skin... and inevitably begin to crack and bleed. But this stuff fixes all that with a surprisingly small amount. And unlike Eucerin's version, it doesn't leave a greasy feeling afterwards; this one is absorbed properly into the skin, and heals my scaly rough hands. A real godsend! -

This is becoming more difficult to find but it is worth searching out. It is very gentle on my sensitive skin and it smells amazing, Very relaxing but kind of sexy at the same time. But Softsoap has done either a reformulation or a rebranding, as it is now called Softsoap Lavender & Honey Creme. I still have one left of the original formulation so I don't know what to expect. -

This is NOT your mother's cottage cheese! Gone are the curds.... Instead it's whipped and smooth with an extra protein kicker. It's that added whey protein that adds a tad of bitter aftertaste. Also the texture, being whipped, is very different from regular cottage cheese. People who like curds they will likely hate this, while people who dislike the lumpiness of curds will likely enjoy this. I like Nordica's regular cottage cheese quite a lot but this is very convenient, has less sodium and is a quick way to get a spreadable protein heavy substitute for cream cheese - sprinkled with herbs, then spread on rye crisps. Voila! The whey bitterness is masked. Great for a snack or breakfast or lunch. This has become a beloved staple.
Healthy, high protein, low sodium & delicious - what's not to love?
