As a bariatric patient, who needs to get 120 grams of protein in a day, Premier Chocolate Protein Shakes are the best tasting pre-mixed shakes out there. They have 30 grams per shake, and so convenient! I like them best when mixing them with a shot of coffee - instant protein iced coffee!    -
