I suffer from headaches due to screen time for work. When you’re in the zone I forget the 20/20 rule and can work for hours. This helps at the end of the day when I’m winding down. It is different for everyone but within 5-7 minutes I start to feel relief. I like how these pills are small, coated, and easy to swallow. Last thing I want is chalky pills that’ll make me gag. I highly recommend this product! -

This cleanser was a pleasant experience. My face felt clean and fresh. Over time I suspect the dark spots would fade but right now it's too soon to say. This was a free sample to try.
