Tried out the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water and loved it! It does a good job in removing my makeup easily without having to rinse my face off with water. I really like that it is oil, alcohol and fragrance free and that It makes my skin feel light, fresh and cool afterwards.. I would definitely continue using this product. -

I received the Cerave Intensive Stretch Marks Cream to test and review for Chick Advisor. I love the non-greasy texture of the cream and most importantly, that it is fragrance free. After using it for a month, I have noticed an improvement in my old stretch marks that I have on my outer thighs in that they have helped make the marks look lighter and less noticeable than before. I will continue using this product and hope that it will improve the appearance even more. -

I received the Cerave Bebe Diaper Reash Cream to test and review for Chick Advisor. I love the light texture of the cream and that it wasn’t very greasy or thick as other creams that I have used on my baby. It went on smoothly and has definitely cleared up the redness and rash. Works great! Will definitely purchase again! -

I received the Cerave Eye Repair Cream to test and review for Chick Advisor. I love the light texture of the cream and most importantly, that it is fragrance free. After using it for 3 weeks, I have noticed a slight improvement in the darkness under my eyes and that it has improved the appearance of my skin in that area. It’s been keeping my skin moisturized and smooth and keeps me looking rejuvenated and refreshed. I’m liking the product right now and plan to continue using it. -

I was selected to receive and test Vichy ProEVEN™ Advanced Daily Dark Spot Corrector as part of the Product Review Club. I have some dark spots on my face from old scars and acne scars, so I was pretty excited to try out this new product. I noticed that within the first few days and in the first week of using this product twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening), I noticed that my skin was looking a lot more bright, radiant and my skin tone looked a lot more even. But in my second week, I don't really notice much of a difference. I'm not sure why. So I'm entering my third week now, so I will have to see how that goes. But the instructions on the package do indicate that results won't appear until 4 weeks later and for the best results, that won't happen until after continuous use for 8 weeks. I'll keep using this product religiously and see how the results are afterwards! Let's hope it will really fade or erase my dark spots on my face for good so I won't need to use concealer to hide them anymore! -

I heard many great things about this makeup sponge but with such a high price tag, it took a while for me to convince myself to splurge a little to try it out. I have to say that I really love it - it's so easy and simple to clean and to use. Plus, it really helps me use less product and helps keep the distribution of foundation on my face smooth and even. It's pricey, but a great investment for many years to come. -

These are the BEST flip flops ever! I made a huge haul a few years ago when they had their $1 flip flop sale and I was surprised that they survived so many summers and vacations with me. Plus, I have to say once you wear them in a bit, they will be the most comfortable and lightweight flip flops you've ever owned. Loved these even more than my expensive havianas! -

I received a full sized tube of Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant toothpaste for free from ChickAdvisor. At first I wasn't too fond of the flavour or texture of the toothpaste, but I did get used to it after a few times. However, it would be a huge bonus if there was a bit of minty fresh flavour to it because I'm so used to that wonderful feeling of minty freshness after a good brushing! I'm not sure how to judge if this toothpaste has strengthened my teeth enamel, but I think it's been keeping my pearly whites white. I'll continue using this tube and see how effective it is with frequent usage. Arm & Hammer is a brand that I trust and believe that it will live up to their claims so I don't doubt that it doesn't work. The only other suggestion I would have is to have one of those flip top caps instead of the screw on cap. Flip top caps just make things so much easier. :) -

I received a full sized bottle of OxiClean Laundry detergent for free from ChickAdvisor. I tested it out first on my family's clothing. It left a nice scent on our clothing and did its job of cleaning our clothes. But the true test was when I used it on my dog's belongings - I threw his bed, cushions, clothes, toys, blankets and boots in the wash with the detergent. His bed had caked on saliva, food bits from treats and bones. His toys had caked on saliva and black dirt. His boots had dirt and dried mud on the bottom. After washing it, I noticed that everything was really clean and smelled nice. His dirtiest items were squeaky clean - the bed, his toys (all the saliva and dirt were gone), boots. It really did an amazing job of getting rid of the fresh and dried on stains. I have to say that it really works and is very effective for stain removal and cleaning overall. The product is on the pricier side, but it really does work. -

I was selected to take part in the Product Review Club testing group for Quaker Harvest Crunch Quinoa Bars. I've always loved the taste, texture and health benefits of quinoa so I was super excited when I found out they were in these granola bars! I like how they taste quite light with the perfect amount and combination of quinoa and nuts. The chocolate in there was great too but was a little bit on the sweet side. In my opinion, I think the bar would be even better if it didn't have the chocolate in there at all or with dark and slightly bitter chocolate (I love dark chocolate). Compared with other granola bars I've had, I do like this one better. I do like how it is quite light and that there is that extra boost of protein in there from the quinoa. I would buy them if they were on sale in the supermarket and would recommend them to my friends. -
