I tried this new clad frying pan to sauté vegetables for a spaghetti sauce. I found the pan was a bit hot and had to turn it down to simmer . Not a bad thing. The pan cleaned up nicely in the sink, however there are now dark marks on the outside... +
I tried this new clad frying pan to sauté vegetables for a spaghetti sauce. I found the pan was a bit hot and had to turn it down to simmer . Not a bad thing. The pan cleaned up nicely in the sink, however there are now dark marks on the outside bottom of the pan that would not come off. I have been using Paderno pots and pans for more than 35 years and never had one stain so quickly. The pan is quite lightweight, does the job it is designed for quite well. The inside cleaned up nicely. If you don’t mind a bit of staining on the bottom this is a good pan. -
