Have you ever bought the cheaper brand because you thought, it's cotton on a stick, how different could it be? Yeah, well let me tell you...it's night and day. There's a reason Q-tip is #1 for such a simple product. Their tips are soft, gentle but strong (they don't fall off in your ear, leave cottony fibers behind, stretch out or lose shape). They clean ears, apply/remove makeup, apply/remove nailpolish so yes,they are rather expensive but hey, I appreciate quality so... -

I tried everything to get it clean and was ready to replace it when a coworker suggested Vim (their mom used it forever). Well. All I can say is AMAZING! I've now used it on my bathtub, toilet and have pretty much bought all their products...they make me look like such a great housewife...lol -

I know this is for the face but I actually use it on my back (as I get the occasional breakout back there). You can't beat the price and it works sooo good. The best product I have ever tried. I find body washes tend to dry me out and then, more oil production = more acne (grr). This scrub leaves the moisture in while exfoliating and my skin feels soft. -

I get my eye exam every 3-4 years, ask that they measure my pupil distance (PD for those of you used to the site) and order what I want. I haven't returned anything yet and they carry some pretty awesome styles for my small head and face (which used to be quite a problem to find something cool in the Adult section of most stores).As for the contacts, I've ordered Acuvue Oasys for a fraction of what it would normally cost and will never go back to buying from the opticians. -

They crisp up nicely but stay soft in the middle, taste like REAL potatoes (not tasteless freezer burnt starch nuggets) and are quite healthy (when baked). Nom, nom...I'm craving some now. -

You can't go wrong with any McCain products, least of all the sweet potato fries. They crisp up nicely but are still soft in the middle, are a good size and my kids love them. Add a sriracha mayo and you'll be in love!

I love this product and it is the only shampoo I use on both my toddlers. The pump is very convenient and it doesn't take a lot of foam to get a good lather. It's gentle on their scalps and has been a god-send during our very cold, dry winters in Manitoba in keeping their hair and scalp moisturized and flake-free. The tea tree oil aspect of this product is especially interesting to me since both my tots go to pre-school and tea tree oil has been a proven tool in preventing lice (win-win!!). -
Younique Stiff Upper Lip Lip Stain
This is by far the most expensive lip stain I have ever purchased but wow! The pigment is so rich and nourishing and it did not move under my gloss all morning. This product is definitely a splurge but I'm so glad to get my money's worth. Beautiful.
