I received Vichy ProEVEN Advanced Daily Dark Spot Corrector to try for free from the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I haven’t tried a dark spot corrector or anything similar before so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect with this product. I found that it felt good on my skin and I did notice that my skin both looked and felt smoother right from when I started to use it. I think that it has helped minimize my dark spots / unevenness and I look forward to seeing how the results progress as I keep using it (it’s meant to be used continuously over an extended period of time). The product was a bit runnier than I expected (especially in contrast to the ProEVEN night cream) but I do think it makes a difference and I would consider purchasing it in the future and would recommend it to friends. -

I received Trojan H2O Water-Based Liquid Lubricant to try for free as part of ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and I will have to say this was definitely a fun product to review!
I found it to be effective, lasted well and did not cause any issues with sensitive skin. It didn’t dry out my skin or leave any residue so it definitely felt like a more “natural” product. It goes on well and displays all the moisturizing qualities that it advertises. The fact that it doesn’t change texture wile in use or leave any marks on fabric makes it a better option than other brands I have tried in the past.
It’s a bit pricey but I think you can get a lot of use out of the bottle so I would most likely purchase it again and recommend it to friends.

I received Nair Moroccan Argan Oil Cire Divine body wax to try for free and review through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. The product comes in a new no waste container (so it’s minus the lid) and the first thing you notice when you open the box is how great the wax smells. It smells even better when you heat it up and start applying. The instructions are clear and simple to follow – the biggest caution is to make sure you take the time to heat up the wax properly and not burn yourself.
The wax is meant to be easy to apply and easy to remove. It is easy to apply but it does take time and you have to be fairly patient to attempt to wax your own legs at home. I found it a bit difficult to get the wax to spread evenly and not get it all over the place. However, the removal part was easy and not at all painful. The wax is meant to stick to the hair – not the skin so it feels nothing like getting a normal wax. That being said I think my leg hair had to be longer to get the full effect. The wax did remove some hair but not all of it.
I felt that the product was moderately effective but the biggest selling feature would be that it doesn’t really hurt. It is significantly less painful than other at home waxing products that I have tried. Because it takes quite awhile and was not as effective as I would have liked I am not sure if I would purchase it again but I would recommend it to friends to try.

I received Batiste Dry Shampoo to try for free and review through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I think dry shampoo is great product to use to freshen up hair when you really want to get away with one more day without washing it and the Batiste Dry Shampoo did not disappoint. It goes on well, smells great and didn’t leave any white powder in my hair or on my shirt like I have found some other non salon brand dry shampoos to do. With just a quick spray at my roots my hair looked less greasy and had more volume. It’s a fast and effective hair fix – I would definitely buy this product again and recommend it to friends. -
