I was picked to review this product and was happy with the results they were easy to use and were sticky making it easy to apply and stay on all day or night I did notice a relief from the pain after using the patch my pimple went way down and was able to be covered with makeup the following day. I will note that it leaves a red mark on skin so if you have sensitive skin I would be caution of using this and remove carefully. -

I have to say this was my least favourite thing to drink I found it to be very chalky and didn’t mix very well leaving clumps of the powder that were super tart to drink. I don’t like supplements by drinking them I prefer to eat gummies as I didn’t like the aftertaste that came with this. I can’t give a full review as I didn’t receive a large sample so I can’t tell if it’s effective or not. I wish this was liquid rather than a powder as it was not pleasing to drink and left me with headache from how sour it was.
