While I have always been a borderline fan of cheesecake, I found I could take it or leave it. Then on occasion at my home a friend brought a PC Key Lime pie, I tried a piece and from the first bite WOW. The flavor was to very rich and bursting with Key Lime. The texture was so silky and their was just enough sweetness in the crust to keep it from giving me a punch to the throat glands, but not enough to dampen the tart flavor. -

OMG, This rich deep flavor is so warm and comforting I just wanted a sweater and porch swing. It made me feel so relaxed and content, it was like they saw inside of me and tailored this to push all the right fall invoking buttons.
