Hair fall is a major problem with my hair so I decided to try this shampoo out since it was described to be tailored for fragile hair with tendency to fall. It promises to nourish the roots, make hair stronger, and restructures the hair from root to tip.
This shampoo was very inexpensive and you get the average amount of product (385mL). It has a nice, light pleasant scent (a little fruity) and the scent remains even after the hair is dry. It lathers really well, even when my hair was pretty oily. It easily rinses off as well and no residue remains on the hair.
In terms of it`s effectiveness in preventing hair fall, it did work slightly. I noticed I didn`t have as much hair fall after using the product for about 2 weeks. However, I did still have hair fall regardless of how many times I used the shampoo but it was considerably less compared to when I wasn`t using it. So overall, it was effective in reducing hair fall but not preventing it completely.
I would still buy this product because it was very moisturizing. I noticed my hair was a lot more shiny and smoother after just a couple of uses. In addition, my hair felt fuller and stronger. I didn`t get any dandruff with the shampoo and didn`t irritate my scalp.

I have combination/oily skin, but lately it's been more on the oily side - surprising since it's winter and usually my skin goes through a dry phase during this time. I have been looking for a mask that can control oil production and help reduce the shine on my face.
I stumbled upon the Freeman masks on a recent trip to Walk-Mart and at $4 each, I couldn't pass up trying it. I decided to pick up the Mint & Lemon and the Peel-Off cucumber mask since I was very intrigued by it.
I wasn't too impressed with the Cucumber Peel-Off mask. I expected that since you peel it off, it would help remove blackheads. Unfortunately, it didn't do it. I felt it wasn't really doing much in terms of absorbing oil and deep cleansing your pores. It was also a hassle (and a little painful) to remove. So if you were to buy any of the masks, skip this one.
I was, however, very impressed with the mint and lemon. It definitely lived up to its claim and greatly reduced the oil on my face. After using it, I immediately see a difference. My skin looks radiant but not shiny. It did left some parts of my face (around the mouth and nose) a bit dry but it's nothing a moisturizer can't fix. It has a light fresh scent and didn't irritate my skin or cause me to break out. Actually, it works great as a spot treatment for pimples.
It comes in a large squeeze tube (150mL) and since I only use a mask once/twice a week, one tube will last me a while. I would definitely recommend the Mint & Lemon.

While I'm a fan of most Body Shop products, this is one product I wasn't too impressed with. For the price I expected it to work more effectively.
It does live up to the claim of being a gentle eye makeup remover. I have very sensitive eyes but this product did not irritate my eyes at all or the skin around it. It has a mild scent which I really like. Additionally, it doesn't leave any oily residue and it's not drying either. The skin around my eyes remained moisturized after using it.
In terms of it's effectiveness, it was able to remove most makeup products. However, it's not very effective at removing waterproof make-up, specially mascaras. While you do get a large amount of product, I had to use a lot of it to completely remove my mascara. These are the main reasons why I wouldn't recommend this product. There are other less expensive drugstore makeup removers that work a lot better than this one.

This product was sent to me by ChickAdvisor to test and review. I was very excited to try these out since I am obsessed with nail art. I have always been intrigued by nail buffers but haven't gotten the chance to try them since I was skeptical of how effective they are.
I really liked the fun designs on the buffers and they are the perfect size to carry in your purse. After first use, my nails were very shiny and it was almost comparable to using clear polish. This is great to use when you don't have the time or patience to put on nail polish. I use nail polish all the time but it is recommended that nails get a break from polish once in a while so the buffers are a great alternative to keeping your nails looking shiny and healthy.
I did find that the shine wore off fairly quickly. After a day, my nails were dull again. I also used it to touch up my dull nail polish and it worked great but again the shine faded quickly. I would still probably repurchase this because it's good to have when you're on the good and need to touch up your nails quickly with minimal effort.

ChickAdvisor sent my this product as part of their Review Club. Out of all the products in the Radiant line, I found this to be the most effective. I will definitely recommend this, and will be repurchasing for the following reasons:
PACKAGING. I loved the packaging - it comes in a very colourful and decorative box, which is a nice change from the original Tampax tampons box. I also like that the box remains closed and the lid does not pop open. The main feature that sets this product apart from other brands is the resealable wrapper which allows for easy disposal of the plastic applicator. The wrapper itself is a rubbery-plastic material which makes minimal noise allowing for discreet use of the product (i.e. in public washrooms). It comes with easy-to-understand, clear instructions on how to properly use a tampon which would be very useful for first-time users.
PRODUCT & EFFECTIVENESS. The product itself comes with a plastic applicator which I find is much easier and more comfortable to use than cardboard applicators. It's slimmer also allowing for easier and more comfortable insertion. The ridged groove allows for a better grip on the tampon, preventing it from slipping and making it easier to put on. The tampons has great absorbency and I didn't have to resort to using Super. The Regular was sufficient enough. I experienced no leaks while trying out this product.
Overall, I was very impressed with how this product performed and will be using this from now on.

ChickAdvisor sent me this product to test and review. Of all the products in the Radiant collection, the thin liners were the ones I was least impressed with. While I loved the idea that you can use it with any types of underwear, I found it didn't perform any better and was comparable to liners I had previously used.
It's extremely thin so it feels like you're not wearing it at all and you will definitely not see the outline when wearing pants/shorts. It stays in place, doesn't fold or budge once it's on. I also like that it is lightly scented to help combat any odor. However, it's not very absorbent, mainly due to the fact that there is very little material there to absorb anything. It would have helped if the liner was longer. Also, I would have preferred it if each of the liners were individually packed since it's impractical to bring the whole box in your purse.
If you want a liner that could easily conform to the shape of your underwear, then this would be an ideal product. I, myself, probably won't be repurchasing and will be sticking to the liners I currently use since I didn't find these to work more efficiently.

I would like to thank ChickAdvisor for sending me the product to test and review. After using it, I can definitely say that I would recommend this product and it's something I can see myself repurchasing. There are several reasons why I was impressed by the product.
PACKAGING. The first thing that caught my eye was the shiny and decorative packaging, which I prefer over the old Always pads box. I also like that you can keep the box close via the little tab and slit. The pads itself came individually wrapped in a plastic-type material but it didn't make as much noise as others brands I had previously used which allows for more discreet use of the product (i.e. in public washrooms). You can also easily dispose of the pad since the wrapper itself came with a white sticky tab to keep it closed.
PRODUCT
The product is very thin. For avid pad users, this ensures that you don't see the outline of the pad when wearing pants/shorts. I usually wear tampons because I find pads to be thick and uncomfortable but I found this very comfortable since it's thin and quite flexible. An advantage the Radiant pad has over the original is the double wings which ensures the pads stay in place and that it fits around the underwear a lot better (very useful when you're moving a lot). The sticker on the pad indicating which is front and back was also very helpful.
EFFECTIVENESS
A major factor that sets this pad apart for other brands is its absorbency. I can definitely see an improvement from the original Always Infinity pads. The little ridges and dots on the pads really help with absorption, drawing and locking the fluids to the base of the pads and leaving the top layer relatively dry. I usually use Super with the original but I found using the Regular Radiant pad was sufficient and I had no leaks happen while using this product. The pad is also scented which helps rid of any unpleasant odour.
Overall, I was very impressed with how this product performed.

While I was unimpressed with the smoothing shampoo, I really liked the smoothing conditioner. It came in a 10.1 Fl.Oz. bottle so you get a fair amount of product. The shampoo left my hair slightly dry but the conditioner was able to replenish the moisture back in my hair.
The product is claimed to be enriched with keratin proteins, avocado oil, cocoa butter, and moringa extracts to condition and detangle for silkier, stronger, and glossier hair. It definitely lived up to the claim and my hair was more shiny and smooth after drying. It also did not weigh down my hair or left it flat. The conditioner was able to give shine but maintained volume in my hair.
Whenever I try new products, I tend to get dandruff but I did not have that problem with this shampoo and conditioner. I also tried using this conditioner with other shampoos and it worked just as well. I liked the light, slightly sweet and floral scent - the scent could still be detected even when my hair was dry. It is paraben-free, sulfate-free, and colour-safe. I would repurchase this product again as part of the 14-day treatment.

My hair changes with the weather and I'm constantly searching for shampoo that suits my hair. On a recent shopping trip to Shopper's DrugMart, I stumbled upon the LaCoupe line of products and I decided to give their Brazilian Keratin Complex shampoo and conditioner a try. The shampoo comes in a 10.1 Fl.Oz flip cap bottle so you get a fair amount of product but you have to pay slightly more since their products ranged in price from $8-$12.
The shampoo is described as being enriched with keratin proteins, avocado oil, cocoa butter and moringa extracts and claims to give a gentle wash for smoother, stronger, and glossier hair. Having these ingredients, I expected this shampoo to be very moisturizing but I actually found it to be slightly drying. I would recommend this if you want your hair to feel squeaky clean because it really washes off any oil and residue left behind from other hair products. However, as mentioned, it is drying so I would resort to using this only once a week.
The shampoo alone will not give you the shine you want and the conditioner is needed to replenish the moisture back to your hair. While I was disappointed with its moisturizing property (or lack thereof), it did lather well and did not leave any soap scum on my bathroom walls and floor. I also liked the scent - it had a light, warm, slightly sweet fragrance with a hint of floral.
I will probably not repurchase the shampoo again by itself. However, the shampoo was intended to be used with several other products as part of a 14-day treatment, so better results might be achieved if used with the other products.

I have tried several high-end makeup removers but I have always gone back to the Lancome Bi-facil. It's no surprise that it is an award-winning product. It contains two solutions and you have to shake the bottle to mix the two before using. It is more effective than your average makeup remover. It removes waterproof makeup with ease, quickly and without unnecessary rubbing. Being so effective at removing makeup, a little goes a long way with the product and the whole bottle (125ml) will last you a while.
My eyes are extremely sensitive and this is one of the few makeup removers that is gentle enough to not irritate my eyes or the skin around it. It leaves the skin feeling refreshed and moisturized, without leaving any residue. It is expensive at about $35 a bottle but I don't use this on a daily basis. I would only use it for hard to remove make-up. On most days, I would use a less expensive alternative. It also has light and pleasant scent that's not overly cloying.
If there was any complaint with this product, it would be the packaging. I would have preferred a pump instead of a screw cap but other than that I have been very pleased with this product. I would recommend it and I will continue to repurchase it myself.
