I had received this as a part of the Product Review Club and I love this product! It's convenient to use (I squirted the liquid onto the bottom of my dishwasher x2 and on the other side I put my regular dishwashing pod). Our glasses tend to come out on the grimy side, and this helped to remedy that! We are very pleased with the results :) -

I found that in putting the pack into my dishwasher, my glass cups would come out with grit on them. The food would be gone but the powder part wouldnt dissolve properly. It may just be my dishwasher though.
