These bottles are really good for preventing gas. With all the parts it's hard to keep them clean and it takes forever if you have twins and have several bottles to keep up with. They didn't have the options bottles until after we took the bottles... +

Pampers Baby-Dry Diapers
These diapers never leak through for us and they never caused a diaper rash. The material is very soft and doesn't fall apart like other brands I have used. They fit my girls very well.
