Regarding taste and texture alone, I would absolutely recommend this product! Nutritionally, it has some good and some bad. It is high in saturated fat, but also very high in protein (20 g), with a decent amount of fibre, calcium, and iron, and low in sodium. It is low in sugar, but it should be noted that the sweetness is not compromised in any way because the sugar is substituted with sucralose. Some people are sensitive to sucralose and therefore may perceive an aftertaste, but I have never found sucralose to be distasteful, and as mentioned, I found these bars to be quite palatable! -

For comparison, one serving of this cereal has less fiber and protein than Mini Wheats, but more sugar. It does have many added minerals and vitamins, but many cereals do. Nutritionally, this cereal does not meet the standards it projects. -

Their other products all have whey, buttermilk, even gelatin, so I had been buying Earth Balance, which is also a great brand but unfortunately more expensive. I would say the taste of Becel's vegan margarine is comparable to Earth Balance, but at a more reasonable cost! #gotitfree -

It has no trans fat, low saturated fat, and is a good source of omega 3 and 6. Also, an entire liter sells for less than $8 on Amazon.ca! Amazing! -

I prefer more dramatic volume/length. This is fine for a more natural look, if that is what your goal is, but it isn't buildable. -
