very mild. the retinoid here is a combination so it is not pure retinol by any means and therefore very mild. For me after using up a whole bottle I didn't see any drastic change but I think that is perfectly fine as no change is the best thing you... +

Emulsion version has a bit smell, smell like raw product but dissipate quickly and not annoying at all. -

absorb quickly. This oil doesn't irritate or cause pimples, and is good for harsh winters to prevent skin from getting cracky. I use it at night during winter sometimes. a bit oily but i don't mind. the second day you'd wake up with smooth skin.

this cream is very mild, good for someone just starting using retinoids. The cream is a bit heavy and hard to work out, but it's fine as I only apply at night. Have to say that this cream does not irritate at all! i apply some right around my eyes... +

Even if you use it as an eye cream to prevent winkles I think this product would be a great option and very affordable. -
