This version is now a fave of my Jane Austen movie collection!
Kate Beckinsale is a great Emma, as is Prunella Scales as Miss Bates, in this adaptation for
the British ITV network. Andrew Davies had successfully dramatized the 1995 Pride and Prejudice for the BBC who had unfortunately already selected a screenwriter for their version of Emma prior to his proposal. This resulted in Davies' ITV production of 1996 receiving wide acclaim as being superior to the BBC version.
I would be one more voice in agreement.

Totally enjoyed this version of JA's gothic tale! A young girl is invited to visit Bath England with her neighbour in the 1800s. Innocence and escapades are unwittingly participated in with some scary outcomes. Good humour and acting, a great revelation of the era.
Northanger Abbey is a 2007 British television film adaptation of Jane Austen's gothic parody. It was directed by British television director Jon Jones and the screenplay was written by Andrew Davies.

Written as a contemporary spoof of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, Bridget opens the movie quoting JA’s famous P&P;opening line, but as is relevant to this story,
“It’s a truth universally acknowledged that the moment when one area of your life starts going ok, another part of it falls spectacularly to pieces.”
Always a laugh, the movie continues with more Brit humour. Def a romantic comedy classic to pull out during the holidays. Gotta luv the Christmas cardis!

Depending on what you require and appreciate in bed linens will determine if my rating works for you. If you like a luxurious touch - soft and comfortable to the skin - then my ratings are generous.
If you prefer hard texture, crunchy, 100% cotton - you would rate this sheet higher than I.
Sadly, those are the points where this sheet has failed for me. I should have checked for a high thread count for a luxurious touch. Instead I chose the sweet picot stitching along the top hem for its esthetic quality and the creamy colour instead of a dreamy soft quality.
So the welcome hello has turned to a quick good-bye rather than a good buy for this shopper. Sorry to say.

Of course it didn't fit under any other label I could find, but it does relate 'wellness' for anyone spending any amount of time amidst the facilities of a public library.
What's unique with the W End Library is its inclusion in the Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre. Perfect location and contribution to mental health.
Hours of operation very accomodating for use of the complex. Spacious interior glass walled and light filled adds to the healthy atmosphere. Selection delivery can be ordered online or by phone for pick up at this location when convenient to your rec schedule. Super staff will assist as needed and they've got friendly service down pat!
Always a well enjoyed excursion to this library!

In natural form the needles of this S African bush are green, but when fermented they turn red. Rooibos [South African word for Red Bush] is extremely rich in anti-oxidants and flavenoids that boost the immune system and protect the body from premature aging and disease.
Rooibos is also known to gently relieve nervous tension, colic, insomnia, heartburn, nausea and has proven to be effective in the treatment of skin irritations such as eczema and psoriasis.
All rooibos is organically grown.
