This chair is simple and rather plain but trust me, it's better that way. It's easy to clean (no fabrics or cracks for food to get stuck in which means no weird odors start to develop) and it's super affordable! I would recommend this to any mom but especially to those who will be doing baby led weaning (as things will get messy!). -

I found a nursing pillow to be very uncomfortable. It would fit around me fine if I was nursing on the couch but I usually nursed in a rocking chair and it just became awkward. Also, because of my large breasts I would have to hold my daughter in certain positions for nursing (like the football hold) and I found it got in the way or would mess up the angle I needed to have her latch on properly. Save your money and just use a normal pillow. It's softer and can mold to any position you need it to, especially as your baby grows and your breastfeeding position change. -

Our family room doesn't have any door frames so we had to get the jolly jumper with stand instead of the original for this area. Regardless of what jolly jumper you get, your baby will love it! It's good exercise for them and it keeps them busy so us momma's can get some things done (folding laundry, cooking a meal, etc.). The only con to the stand version is I found my daughter outgrew it quicker (height wise) compared to the original. -

I bought the smaller "Sophie La Girafe Baby Teething Ring" (refer to picture). It was the first object my daughter picked up. It's super light and the handles make it easy to grasp. My girl is close to a year now and still enjoys chewing on this! It is a bit more on the expensive side but it has been highly used and is still in good shape so I would say it was worth every penny. Better yet, put it on your baby registry! -
