I can't stand the Body Shop. The body butters are very expensive considering they are not made from very good ingredients. For the same $20, I could get a jar the same size of fair-trade, organic shea butter from a grass-roots company. The creams' scents are always obviously artificial and very strong, and I worry about the dyes they use since they probably aren't natural. As for efficacy, the butters are very light and I have not found them to have a lasting effect. A few minutes after applying, I found I needed to apply again to keep my skin soft. -
