These are typical little cosmetic wedges. The quality of the sponges is really nice, and the packaging is very cute too. They plump up a little when wet, they blend nicely and get into all the nooks and crannies. I wish these were just a little softer though. Especially for the price, these aren't worth it -- I definitely prefer the pack of 30 or so that you can buy at the drugstore. (I'll add a picture from my computer later). -

It might be good to just throw around in your bags or something for someone on the extreme go in an emergency or something, but I just feel like there are better brushes of this type out there. A little disappointed. -

The only thing I dislike about this brush (as well as other Real Techniques brushes) is the stumpy handle. I realize it's meant to be stood on a table or something, but it's really annoying for those of us who like to keep our brushes in a holder/cup or something. Other than that, a really great brush, as are all the Real Techniques brushes I've tried! -

I really like this STYLE of brush -- the flat, dense, synthetic kabuki type. I own this brush and love it -- it's one of my go-to foundation brushes. It blends quickly and flawlessly without streaking and works great with liquids, creams, and even mineral powders. However, I am not a very big fan of Sigma's. The company has grown awfully full of themselves -- the prices have gone up while customer service and product quality have gone done. I highly recommend this *style/type* of brush, I don't recommend purchasing it from Sigma. Sedona Lace and lots of other companies make this same brush under a different name (you might even check Amazon for a generic version -- I saw one for $5!) and it's definitely worth checking out. -

This brush is a GREAT investment -- especially for three bucks! It's really soft and the perfect density. It's easy to wash and doesn't shed. I love this brush for cream blush as well as highlighter and powdered products -- it works especially well for powdering under the eyes because it sets things without applying too much product. It's not quite a dupe for the MAC small stippling brush, but it's a very good alternative. All in all, I love this brush and highly recommend it. -

This is probably my favorite makeup brush of all time. It's synthetic, so you can use it with wet or dry products. I have two of them -- one I use for liquids/creams (this brush is GREAT for applying foundation, it's fast and blends so well) and one that I use to apply powder (I prefer to pack the powder on rather than buff it in, but it works well that way also). The glue in the ferrule tends to loosen and the brush comes apart, but that's easily fixed with a little super glue or something. The brush is so cheap -- it's only $3 (USD) but such a great tool -- I love it and highly, HIGHLY recommend it to everybody! It's a great brush to have in your collection! -

This straightener is really great. I've had mine for 2 or 3 years now and it's still going strong. It heats up quickly and gets very, very hot. There are no heat settings, but I find that it heats to just the right temperature for my curly, fairly thick hair. The ceramic plates are apparently good for your hair, too, and I do notice that my hair is very soft and shiny after I straighten it. It's pricey, but not as pricey as many other high-end hair tools, and certainly better than the cheap Conair things. The average price is around $100 (USD), but Ulta frequently puts them on sale for $70 or $80, so you'll have to be sure to check their monthly magazine! It does a really nice job and I really like it! -
I was never really fan of curling my eyelashes until I started using this lash curler. It gets the job done -- it curls my lashes and the curl holds, too. It doesn't pull my lashes out (I hate when that happens!) and it's dirt cheap. Totally worth... +

As usual from Urban Decay, the quality of these shadows is great. They're very soft and really pigmented. The colors are stunning as well, but I don't find myself reaching for this palette too much, because I don't find that I can use it to do a complete look. All of the colors are shimmery (and a couple contain literal chunks of glitter). I sometimes use a shade or two from the palette when I'm looking for a specific color, i.e., a bright blue or an olive green. Like I said, the colors are absolutely beautiful, but not for everyday wear or anything like that. -

I must agree that all the hype about the Naked palettes is totally worth it. Urban Decay knocks it out of the park where quality is concerned -- the shadows are so vibrant and pigmented and so buttery and just so, UGH, perfect! The packaging of this palette is nice -- a lot sturdier than the original Naked palette. The colors are gorgeous, but I really HATE the fact that you only get three matte shades -- a light highlight shade, a medium blending shade, and a matte black. I know that these colors are staples and all the other shades are gorgeous as well, I just wish that maybe there was a matte brown in there, too. I'm a bigger fan of the colors in the original Naked palette, as they were much warmer. The colors in the Naked 2 palette are much cooler toned -- so if you're into that, this palette is perfect. Overall, a really nice palette! -
