Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
I have bought a store brand that tasted even better (Great Value?). It's a good source of protein, but with a lot of fat, sugar, and sodium. Different nut butters like almond butter without additives would be much better.

The plain oats are great, I have them for breakfast many times a week, no added sugar, just microwaved with milk and powered black sesame. I don't like the taste of the flavoured individual packets.

A satiating snack. I especially love the sweetness of the cashews and pistachios. I never get the salted (unnecessary sodium), which has too much salt in my opinion. Around 10 dollars for 1.13kg, and includes cashews, almonds, pistachios, and pecans.

This works very well for me. It's for 'persistent dryness', but my eye doctor had me try it out for eye drops for my nighttime contacts, and I have used it ever since. It feels cold and refreshing.
