I recently have been sick with the 24hr stomach flu. This was the only thing I was able to eat for two days. They have a melt quickly in your mouth gummy but they are a bit grainy. I was able to feel better faster then my partner who didn’t have them so I would get this again as with kids you need all the help you can get to not catch every little cold they get in school.
