Use Superstore click and collect three times so far. Each time it gets worse. 1st time about 5 months ago. Great experience but the staff seemed a bit confused as the service was brand new to the community. 2nd time I ordered produce and bread with my normal groceries. 4 out of 6 loaves of bread were mouldy. When I went to return to the store the customer service desk stated I should be more diligent in checking the freshness of my bread. Isn’t the point of click and collect that I don’t have to do the shopping? 3rd attempt last night. Ordered just a few things I was missing for the up coming long weekend. They substitute a full ham for one half the size for the same price. Substitute a 2 kg bag of frozen veggies for one that’s 750 grams. Again same price. I did not take either. When I stated I didn’t want the substitute the clerk made it seem like I was being very picky and annoying. I don’t think I will be using this service again.    -
