I am all for a frying pan that doesn't have that nasty teflon coating on it, and this one does not. However - I do like to clean my cookware with vinegar only. This pan would not clean with just vinegar. We soaked it three times. I had to use a cream cleanser to get it back to shiny. The pan was preheated prior to adding oil and we still experienced overheating in the middle of the pan. We have an induction stove top so maybe that was the issue. Overall, I would probably not buy this pan.    -
