Culinary Parchment Paper
Definitely worth every penny especially when you randomly find this at the dollar store. This is a great product and is exactly as it says: Parchment paper. I have never had a problem with this brand other than using way too much!

I LOVE crest 3D white toothpaste! It has a great freshness to it after brushing and helps prevent stains as well as whiten your teeth. If you use all the 3D whitening products, the effects are much better, but using just the toothpaste is great!... +

I really like using these! Great for when you are on the go and need some freshness in your breath. This is a lifesaver at times when you are meeting clients and just ate lunch.

You can't go wrong using this dental floss. It is easy to use, gives you a little bit of a mint flavor in your mouth and definitely works. Can't go wrong using this at all!

Resistance bands are great when you have a small at home gym and are on a bit of a budget. They aren't the cheapest but it is a must have as individual weights can get even more pricey. There are tons of exercises you can do with these!

I love my Goodlife exercise ball! I luckily got my large one at a discounted price as most places mark these up really high. It does not deflate on me and when I sit on it, I don't feel like I am going to pop it if I put all my weight on it. Great... +

SlimFast Powder Shake Mix, Rich Chocolate Royale
I love the taste of this! Tastes just like a regular chocolate shake to me. It is hard to use this a meal replacement in the beginning as your body is still craving food. But this is delicious and when used a a regular basis, it is quite filling... +

Bosu Ball
So I quite like the bosu ball. It is very pricey though and I prefer to just use the ones provided at the gym but they really are fun to use when you know ho to use them correctly. You can definitely get a good workout on one of these!
