This NYX primer is a dupe for the Benefit Cosmetic’s Porefessional Primer! Coming out of the tube, I was a little hesitant about it since it didn’t come out as one uniform gloop - it was curled and separated (I’m assuming from the air inside that was separating it as it was getting squeezed out). I was surprised to find that it went onto my skin without any pilling and helped to “blur” out my pores and kept my makeup on sturdy for the whole day - highly recommend this primer! -

I’ve tried many gel cleansers in the past, and can easily compare this to the Cetaphil and Cerave brand gel cleansers. It’s light in texture and does not foam up like your traditional cream cleansers however it does effectively cleanse the face of your regular daily impurities. I use this cleanser on days that I’m makeup free and just have my regular skincare and sunscreen on, and it does the trick! The only reason why I didn’t give this a 5 star is due to personal preference on texture - I enjoy more creamy textures and cleansers that foam up on my face! -

Love this collab with the packaging! Like every Batiste Dry Shampoo I’ve used in the past, this one works well in removing the 2nd/3rd day greasiness and gave my roots a little volume. But like every other Batiste Dry Shampoo that I’ve used (minus the Divine Dark), it sprays out a blanket of white residue onto my hair and takes a little working into to get my hair back to its normal dark colour.
I love the sweet smell of this dry shampoo as well (I don't know why I keep smelling cocoa everytime I put it on but I'm not complaining ;)
