I have been using these Nutriforme Bars to carry me over until my next meal or snack, and I must say that they do the job! They are quite large! I was not expecting them to be so big considering how few calories they are. They are really decadent tasting as well, with a rich chocolate coating. They are SUPER filling, I was not expecting to stay full for so long! The protein really does the trick. I would definitely recommend these! -

I tried this tonic in both juice and water, but I would definitely recommend mixing with juice because it had a multi-vitamin taste in water. Either way, it went down pretty easy. I was bit skeptical about whether it would work, but I was pleasantly surprised that by the end of the day I didn't feel drained like I normally do. It definitely gave me the boost I needed, and I would definitely recommend this as a natural and healthy alternative to other energy drinks. -
