Spent $100 and received a eyebrow pencil and under eye concealer that is totally the wrong color! They say how easy it is to exchange their products but that IS NOT TRUE! I used a egift card and THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE any products if you paid by egift! Now I'm stuck with $100 worth of makeup that I can't use! I've NEVER heard of such a policy and have NEVER been so disappointed with a company before! They are not a member of the BBB either! They also say free shipping on orders over $50 THAT'S A LIE! I spent $100 and they charged me shipping!    -
