I've always had bad reactions to bug bites, from itchiness and swelling to even blister formation. It's my first time using hydrocolloid patches for this sort of use and I was curious to see how effective it was.

The adhesive was very gentle on the skin and after application, I forgot it was even there! I normally have large red blotchy areas surrounding my bug bites but this time it seems to be contained by the patch. And with the smooth surface that the patch creates, the blister that formed stays protected and does not get irritated by clothing or other things brushing up against it. The patch stays on for well over 24hrs with no indication that it will fall off anytime soon. It's a great safe and effective remedy that's light and easy to carry on camping trips. I'll definitely bring it with me on my next outdoor adventure!    -
