It took basically all my family members more than one rinse to get the access plaque off our teeth(and yes, this was after brushing) other than that, amazing. I don’t recommend for children younger than 12, as it burns quite alot(due to the harsh mint) and accidentally swallowing this would be EXTRA brutal    -
