I received a complimentary four-day sample of PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches for review purposes.
While I don’t have acne on my face, I do have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), so I do suffer from hormonal acne which lately presents itself on my shoulders. When they do pop up, they are some big mommas! They’re deep and painful and leave dark marks that last forever. I had one on my shoulder a couple of months ago and the dark mark is still there. It was perfect timing to try out these PanOxyl PM Brightening Patches!
They have spot fading technology complete with Niacinamide, Tranexamic acid and Vitamin C. They’re also free of parabens, fragrances, latex and dyes which my sensitive skin appreciates.
I applied it to clean skin and the application was easy-peasy. It’s a generous sized thin patch in the shape of a triangle. It felt very comfortable, like I had nothing on my skin. I took a picture before I applied the first patch, with the patch applied and a picture after four nights of using the product.
PanOxyl’s testing showed an improved appearance of post acne marks in 10 days, but I think four days showed some great improvement for me!
If you’re suffering from redness and/or dark spots from your big momma (or small momma) acne, I suggest giving PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches a try.

Formulated with prebiotic oat concentrate, aloe and pro-vitamin B5, it works to heal your dry skin and strengthen its barrier all while being as gentle as can be.
I don't like the heavy feeling of moisturizer on my body (only on my dry hands!), so this gel moisturizer is perfect for people who would normally avoid creams on large areas of their skin.
I also love that the bottle is made with 30% recycled plastic. Win for you skin and the environment!

I have a sun allergy. When I go outdoors in the Spring/Summer and don't wear sunscreen, I'm cruising for trouble. Well, I forgot it was sun allergy season again and mister sun got me good this week. My hands were covered in itchy bumps and a painful patch of eczema.
I'd usually reach for my 1% Hydrocortisone cream, but lucky me, I had the tube of Aveeno Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream to test. I was worried a non-steroid cream wouldn't work as my hands were in a lot of pain, but boy was I wrong!
I applied the cream before I went to sleep and put on some cotton gloves. Upon waking, I immediately checked my hands. The redness and burning were gone. Even the outline of the eczema patch was no longer visible. The true test was to wash my hands and see how my skin looked then. I washed my hands and voilà! There was no redness, burning or itching. The bumps had smoothened out some and the painful patch of eczema was gone. I was in shock! In one night I did not expect for a non-steroid cream to out-do what my hydrocortisone cream could.
I'll definitely be purchasing Aveeno Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream in lieu of a steroid cream. Thanks Aveeno!

I received a complimentary bottle of Neutrogena Hydro Boost Ultra Hydrating Serum to test. First impressions? The serum was lightweight and easy to spread across my face. My dry, sensitive rosacea skin felt no burning and showed no redness upon application. I felt like it calmed my skin immediately and dried down nicely. I love that it is fragrance free and there was no weird chemical smell either. No artificial dyes which I appreciate too. And I love the glass bottle, will be so easy to recycle.
The next day my skin was plump, even toned and so soft and smooth. When I applied my foundation it went on so effortlessly and that's not usually the case! I kept checking out my face during the day because I was in awe of how great my skin looked. Thanks Neutrogena!

After I wash my face the next morning, my skin feels soft, looks firm, even toned and rosy. And it did not irritate my rosacea!

The only thing I will say is that once it's been on your skin for a few hours, it definitely turns more luminous. The first time I wore it, I was out shopping and went into a change room. When I looked at myself in the mirror, I said, "holy $%^&!" My nose was shining bright like a diamond.
I took out a tissue and blotted my nose thinking it was oil. It was not. My nose was still shining like a white diamond.
I don't know if that's because the colour is too white for my skin or if they're all like that. My nose is big, so I don't want more attention brought to it, but if you have a small nose, the diamond effect might not bother you!

This shampoo will really grows new hair. I shampoo, rub it in, then leave it for 3 minutes. Within I'd say, 3 weeks, I had tons of new hair growth on my hairline.
The downside is the shampoo is very harsh on my hair. With continued almost every day use, my hair turned straw like, so that's no good. I did some research and learned hydrolyzed wheat protein is not good for low-porosity hair. So just keep that in mind!
So now I use it only a couple of times a week and follow with a deep conditioner.

Casting Creme Gloss is amazing! Gentle, smells good, amazing after conditioner, beautiful natural colour results and your hair is definitely glossy! I feel so pretty after I colour with this product. And the price point is amazing too!
