Ok I read the reviews. I dont get it. I love hazel nuts but can not handle the taste of Nuttella. It leaves a horrible taste. Sorry for the bad review but reviews are meant to let companies know about product. Big sorry for you not being #1.

I have not really used much. I have been told many times this product is a God send. I really like that it gel because that seems to work More for me. I would love to try for a longer period of time to see if it relieves some of my pain.
